Truth be told ...

We wrote a newsletter in December.

And scrapped the draft.

Now, having the chance to read through other missives about the new year, we realized that predictions, in and out lists, word of the year selections and general ponderings rarely take any of us from January 1 to December 31.

So, this year, we're going to try something different. We'd like to share our values for 2024. Not in a corporate, employer brand sort of way, but in a real-life human way.

At The Devon Group, we will:
